The location is stunning and incredible, within walking distance of everywhere. Walking distance to a market and various stores across the street. The room is newly renovated with a marble bathroom. The staff is caring and attentive....

Great spot right by several beaches, the gym, and an annual Bridge tournament. You can also hang out at The Dock at The Waterlot Inn nearby - awesome place to relax. 🌴

The air conditioning in some restaurants and common areas are really too strong... we froze:(

😎 The place was kept clean and tidy, and they had a really cool beach bar!

We liked the amenities and the service provided. It was very clean and great with an infant.

Paying for everything little thing gets old and adds a lot to the final bill.

POOL IS VERY OUTDATED, TOO SMALL

The hotel is fairly clean. The team members were really good and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is marvellous and stunning for exploring Dive Bermuda, which is at a moderate distance from the property. I really enjoyed the lively area....  

Excellent concierge service, very helpful and polite. Free and regular shuttle buses for beach, restaurants, etc.

Thought front desk staff could have been more helpful. Booked a king bed deluxe through Booked.net but was told on check in that this had not been communicated to Fairmont and so I had been put in a twin bed room. Given I was booked in for 11 nights with my girlfriend I requested being moved to a king bed room when available (as paid for) but was told I could only upgrade and pay more to have a King Deluxe on the Gold level... very disappointing customer service. As someone who travels a lot for business, I would take my business elsewhere next time in Bermuda, to a company I now looks after customers better from my own experience. To be fair, this was the only bad thing really encountered (although it was very important to me) and the hotel itself was excellent, so I would not put people off staying here. I will just be trying somewhere else (for better or worse) next time around.

the location was wonderful. the beach was beautiful and the restaurants were lovely with the exception of the Ocean Club.

the elevators were awful. slow and breaking down. we had a $200 dinner at the Ocean club which was awful. we made our reservation at the Concierge desk after asking to look at the menu. we had an 8:30 reservation and showed up only to find out it was a buffet. I am diabetic and needed to eat so going elsewhere was out of the question. no one told us it was to be a buffet until we arrived there. the food was barely warm and not very appetizing. we will travel there again but because of these 2 experiences may look to stay elsewhere.

The food at Fairmont Southampton is outstanding. The staff is responsive from check-in to check-out. The brand-new room is airy, with a spacious bed and pillows. The location is unbeatably remote, and the breakfast is awesome and marvelous....  

Nothing that warranted the expensive prices

Every possibility to extract money from guests was exploited. Even milk for baby was ridiculously costly.

too many extra charges. the amount of money I paid should include breakfast and if we request for something like its my wedding day. you should give extra effort to make my wife happy.
